  • Meridian has 12 locations vs NovaCare's 4 — pricing should reflect the enterprise tier David discussed with their CTO on the Mar 1 call
  • Their compliance requirements are stricter (HITRUST, not just SOC 2) — worth highlighting the audit we completed last month
  • NovaCare's biggest objection was implementation timeline — the new 3-week onboarding we shipped since then addresses this directly
